Antonio Tempesta

BiographyTempesta was a prolific printmaker and painter. Early in his career he worked with Vasari on the interior decoration of the Palazzo Vecchio in Florence. His prints were often used as models by other artists. Comment on works: Battles; Landscapes; Historical; Processions. Source: ULAN.
