William II of Orange-Nassau (b. 1626; Stadtholder of the United Provinces of the Netherlands 1647–50) and Mary Henrietta Stuart, Princess Royal (1631–1660)

This medal commemorates the marriage in London of William and Mary Henrietta, eldest daughter of Charles I Stuart, on May 12, 1641, and not their betrothal (as stated in some of the literature).
