Camelio (Vittore Gambello)(Italian, 1455/60–1537)

Camelio appears to have spent most of his life in Venice, where he was appointed Master of the Dies at the Mint in 1484. Two bronze reliefs in the Ca’ d’Oro, Venice, are signed by him, as are several medals. He also worked as a jeweler and armorer.
