Veyt Schaufel

Veyt Scaufel was a sixteenth century German clockmaker who became a Master in 1554 and was the clockmaker to Duke Albrecht V of Bavaria. Scaufel died in 1586 or later. His signature reads: VEYT SCHVFEL BINICH GENANT.
